Women of Spirit

Women of Spirit is a community-focused group of women who come together to support and empower each other while also engaging in activities or discussions aimed at benefiting the broader committee. We offer a platform for women to share experiences, offer advice, and build meaningful connections with one another. Some areas we are passionate about are: women's health, education, entrepreneurship, advocacy, and simply providing a space for social interaction and friendship. Our Women of Spirit group provides a vegetarian dinner, childcare, and fellowship at no cost to the participant. Please join us at 6pm in the Heartland Hall on the dates below!

This Year's Theme: At the table, there’s always room for one more

A Year of: Encouragement · Belonging · Purpose · Friendship

🍂 Monday, October 5, 2026 “At the Table: Finding Your Place in God's Story” with Guest Speaker: Beth Guckenberger
Every woman has been uniquely created by God and invited into His mission. Together we'll explore what it means to faithfully say "yes" to God's calling, even when we feel ordinary, unqualified, or uncertain.

🕯️ Monday, December 7, 2026 "At the Table: There's Room for You" with Guest Speaker: Deann Bragaw
Come celebrate the Light of the World and discover the joy of extending His welcome to everyone around us.

💛 Monday, February 1, 2027 "At the Table: Knowing Where Your Seat" Is with Guest Speaker: Jamie Withrow
This inspiring evening will remind every woman that her seat at God's table has already been prepared, not because of what she has accomplished, but because she is deeply loved by Christ.

🌸 Monday, April 12, 2027 "At the Table: Beautifully Beside Her" — A Spring Tea & Bridesmaid Fashion Show
A bridesmaid dress may only be worn once. But the ministry of friendship can be worn every day. This evening celebrates women who stand beside one another through life's joys, losses, milestones, and ordinary moments.
