We are delighted you have chosen to join the College View Church family!  We look forward to meeting you during the incoming membership process.  Each person is processed individually.  Please complete a form for each person. Membership Transfer

If transferring, please complete the following information.  PLEASE NOTE: We can only process transfer “IN” requests.  If you need to transfer out, the process begins with the church you are transferring to.

Please give the full church name and not an abbreviation. Example: College View SDA Church, not CVC.
