Contact Sheryl Selivanoff at 402.770.3392 if you have any questions.

YOUNG ADULT SERIES...You are invited to our second presentation entitled “The Other Six Days: Work as Worship.” This presentation is part 2 in our Young Adult series entitled Seasons. It begins Feb. 19 and continues on Feb. 26 and March 12 at 8:00 p.m. in the CVC YA Room. We spend a great deal of time working but we might not realize how our work intersects with our faith. We compartmentalize and restrict faith experience and obligation to Friday nights and Sabbath day and see the rest of our week as having little to do with our walk with God. We are going to consider why God may have you in your current position and encourage you to look beyond how your job makes you feel and see purpose and significance in your work.

CONGRATULATIONS...to the CVC Trailblazers PBE Teams. Our teams took 3 first place awards and a second place at the KS-NE PBE competition. The 3 first place teams will be the only teams representing our conference at the MAU PBE competition today.

UPCOMING SEMINAR...Please join us for a fascinating exploration of the Reformation, the reorganization of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in 1903 and how they relate to us today. These two sessions will be presented by Dean Coridan, President of the Iowa-Missouri Conference. We’ll also compare the true gospel to the false gospel mentioned by Paul in the book of Galatians. Thursday, Feb. 21 7:00-9:00 p.m. and Friday, Feb. 22 5:30-7:30 p.m. in Woods Auditorium at Union College.

HELP REQUESTED...Do you have a passion for helping college students? The Teaching Learning Center at Union College is looking for a few people to add to their list of fabulous volunteers.
