BAPTISMAL CLASSES...are starting again for students grades 5 to 12 on March 23. Pastor Mic will be holding classes Sabbath afternoons 3:30 to 4:15 p.m. for grades 5 through 7, and 4:15 to 5:00 p.m. for grades 8 through 12. The classes will run for about 8 weeks and will be held in the Conference Room. For grades 5 through 7 we will be using the Amazing Adventure Bible Guides (found at ABC), for grades 8 through 12 we’ll be using something Pastor Mic designed. THE FUTURE OF HEALTHCARE EQUITY IN AMERICA... Join Union College for the 2019 George Gibson Lecture Series with Daniel Dawes, author of 150 Years of Obamacare. As founder and chair of the National Working Group on Health Disparities and Health Reform, Dawes represented more than 300 national organizations and was instrumental in shaping the Affordable Care Act passed in 2010. His lecture will take place at 7:30 p.m. in Heartland Hall. The event is free and open to the public. Learn more at

BLOOD DRIVE...If you are able and willing to donate blood, please consider doing so next Saturday between 8:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. here at CVC. Donors of all blood types are urgently needed to help restock the shelves following several blood drive cancellations due to severe winter weather in some parts of the country. Make an appointment by visiting or calling 1-800-RedCross. a universal blessing. No matter the age, race, gender or station, people love food. The youth at CVC need those who would love to minister through food. Every week the youth look forward to breakfast during Sabbath School. TEAMMATES...Do you want to impact a youth’s life? TeamMates is a perfect way to invest a small amount of time but have a long term influence. UC HOMECOMING...All alumni, family, and friends of Union College are invited to join us for Homecoming 2019 celebrations April 4-7. You are also invited to the UC Homecoming Fellowship Lunch on Sabbath, April 6, in UC Gymnasium. PRAYER...God’s word admonishes us to pray without ceasing, to be always in an attitude of prayer. Scripture includes some amazingly powerful prayers. These prayers are wonderful examples that include all the colors of prayer. Come join us starting Sabbath, April 6, in the Prayer chapel from 10:40-11:40 a.m. as we journey through the colors of prayer.
